Psychologist, I have over 14 years of experience in outpatient consultations in a hospital setting and 3 years in a Family Planning center. I see young adults, adults, seniors, and couples.
My therapeutic approach is inspired by analytic and systemic orientations. I am trained in Couples Counseling, helping relationships, and therapeutic interviewing. I am currently pursuing training in brief systemic therapy.
During consultations, I offer a setting focused on attentive and caring listening through interactive dialogue. This support aims to identify what is a source of suffering within you, but also to foster a better understanding of yourself and of the resources you have to move forward constructively.
Together, we will be able to define a framework and a frequency for the sessions, a framework that may take the form of psychological support or medium- to long-term therapeutic work, depending on your needs and the chosen orientation.
