Presentation
I welcome you with listening and non-judgment in order to clarify together what fuels your difficulties or what prevents you from feeling better with yourself and/or those around you.
I have specialized in emotion management as well as in issues of problematic use (alcohol, drugs, Internet, etc.). My approach also concerns couples and professional systems.
Importance will be given to managing the present, in order to find quick relief, without neglecting the importance of the past (brief therapy).
Our guideline will be the recognition of what is important to you, the acceptance of unpleasant events, as well as learning to stop struggling and instead commit to change for a meaningful life (ACT therapy – acceptance and commitment to your values).
You will be the main actor in the therapy. At your own pace, I can suggest tasks to carry out for daily self-work.
