Presentation
For several years now, I have been working as a psychologist in a therapeutic day center. There, I have acquired solid experience with the various difficulties a person may go through. Although there is no miracle cure, therapeutic support enables people who are suffering in their situation to keep their head above water and begin to see new, happier possibilities.
It is very important to me to offer, for the duration of the consultations, a space that is meant to be safe and caring. Indeed, this is, in my view, the foundation of any form of support.
I mainly work with adults who, at a certain point in their life, start asking themselves questions and can’t find any answers. I support people for as long as necessary as they live with their difficulties (exhaustion, anxiety, anguish, depressive feelings, relationship problems, obsessive thoughts, etc.).
I offer meetings of up to 50 minutes and together we decide how often they will take place. The aim of these meetings is quite simple: to take a different look at what overwhelms you. How do we do that? By giving ourselves the time to clarify, together, what is troubling you.
If you would like to enroll in a process such as the one I am offering you, it will be a pleasure for me to meet you for a first session. This first step of consulting someone is never easy; please know that your presence as you are already constitutes an enrollment in a therapeutic process.
Sincerely,
Quentin Bauer
