Presentation

I am a clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, specialized in the fields of clinical psychology, psychopathology, and human cognition.

My approach is intended to be integrative and multifaceted. Depending on the issues encountered, it incorporates different dimensions such as neuroscience, cognition, emotion, the past, and the present.

Above all, I want to offer you a safe space where you can share your problems or questions without fear of judgment. I take each person’s uniqueness into account and provide personalized support adapted to each individual, all within a space for speaking and listening marked by kindness and care.

I offer consultations for adolescents and adults for a variety of issues. My professional background has made me particularly sensitive to supporting and treating relational difficulties, problems with self-esteem or self-confidence, anxiety, depression, burnout, and stress management.

My practice is inspired by a cognitive-behavioural (CBT) approach. By understanding how thoughts, behaviours, and emotions interact, I offer you tools and therapeutic avenues to help you perceive and welcome your life events from a different perspective, and to achieve your goals.

Passionate about psychology, I continue to take an interest in the latest academic and therapeutic advances. Hence my keen interest in training, reading, and scientific research.

With respect for the person and in accordance with the Code of Ethics for Psychologists, I guarantee confidentiality and professional secrecy.
