Presentation

I worked for 20 years in a child psychiatry hospital. I was in daily contact with young people overwhelmed by intense inner suffering and met families torn apart and powerless in the face of their children's behavior.
Back then, I wanted to work “upstream” and welcome the state of suffering before it became a source of hopelessness or reckless actions.
I then decided to enroll in therapist training in order to support anyone going through a difficult time in their life story.
Just as we go to the garage to service or repair our vehicle. This gesture is completely natural. When it comes to our lived experience, however, taking that step seems more difficult.
It is just as useful and can enable each person to recover their energy and restore their ability to apprehend the outside world in a way that gives meaning to the present and creates a new inner organization as a support for envisioning – with greater freedom – a modellable future.
I therefore propose to welcome any person going through a difficulty, presenting in physical form: anxiety, depression, nervousness, unexplained pains... or in inner form: burnout, lack of self-confidence, distress…
Together, we will engage in a work of creation to emerge from a labyrinth which at first appears to offer no way out.
This work takes place at the pace of 45-minute individual sessions.
