Systemic-oriented psychotherapist and coach, with around twenty years of professional experience in various settings, services and institutions (mediation/psychotherapy/youth welfare/mental health).

My systemic approach leads me to consider each person in a “global” way. In my view, each person is in continuous interaction with their environments and their frames of reference/belief/belonging. Each person is subject to their own influences and to those of others. They are also influenced by the possibilities/constraints of their system.

Therapy, in my view, is a space-time where I work with the “client-system” to better understand its relational, communicational, and functional patterns and to better explore its internal and external resources in order to better cope with difficulties (principle of resilience). Therapy makes it possible to understand and unravel a system in distress to move toward a state of well-being.

On the basis of these prerequisites, I offer therapeutic support that gives priority both to emotions and feelings and to bonds and relationships. Together we will decode the “problematic situations”, facilitate communication and understanding of others (synonymous with trust), and encourage the expression of emotions, the formulation of wishes, and the implementation of efforts.

Specialized in supporting and providing care for adults, adolescents, couples, and families, I am used to working on various themes: communication and emotion management, decision-making and major changes, life transitions, relationship crises, and difficult parent-teen relationships.

I also lead discussion groups for adults and adolescents, combining a therapeutic framework, coaching, and creativity.

Consultations are possible in three languages: French, Arabic, English.
