Presentation
With 10 years of experience in the youth welfare sector, I support children, adolescents and their parents through their difficulties.
Trained as an assistant in clinical psychology, I also see adults who are experiencing psychological distress.
With a constant concern to better understand and help the people I support, I have trained in transactional analysis.
I deeply believe in human beings, in their inner resources and their capacity for change. This is the principle on which I base my work. My goal is therefore to help you become aware of your resources so that you can grow.
In practical terms, I can support you if:
- You feel a deep distress that prevents you from moving forward.
- You are going through complicated events and you need to talk about them.
- You are overwhelmed by fears, anxiety, and stress that paralyze you.
- You have been confronted with a traumatic event and you are stuck in its particularly painful memory.
- You are asking yourself questions about your role as a parent and about education.
