Presentation
Florence Watteyne, I hold a degree from the Institute for the Study of Family and Sexuality Sciences of the Faculty of Psychology at the Catholic University of Louvain and have a University Certificate in Systemic Psychotherapy obtained at CEFORES - Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve.
Passionate about people, the relationships that connect them to their environment, and nature, and after more than 16 years of varied experience in therapeutic support, I was eager to make these great passions into complementary working tools. Depending on the situation, I offer traditional psychotherapeutic support or support in a natural setting (sessions in nature, “therapeutic walk,” “nature bath”).
To the therapeutic contributions are added the benefits that nature provides us. In addition to its calming and invigorating effects, it is an inexhaustible source of inspiration; its capacities for adaptation and resilience, its strengths and its riches can inspire us and nourish our reflections.
Whether in the garden, the woods, the park, in motion, on a bench, or indoors, I place respect, listening, speech and creativity at the heart of my work. The goal of this support is to accompany your journey toward a new life balance and a new understanding of your situation. Together, we bring to light your resources, your strengths and your potential so that you can gradually move toward what feels comfortable for you on personal, relational, family and professional levels.
Kind, gentle, empathetic, and professional, attentive to your limits and your needs, I welcome you individually, as a couple, or as a family, in the heart of nature or in our premises.
Questioning, distress, stress, relational, family, or professional difficulties, separation, grief, misunderstanding, anxiety, a life change, loss of meaning, etc., I support you at your own pace and adapt accordingly.
I pay particular attention to close relatives of people experiencing suffering or dependence.
I offer specific sessions focused on support for the (re)building of the relationship between parents and children.
