From my personal journey and my professional background have emerged the different types of support that I offer you. To make them particularly effective, I like to emphasize:

- Holistic understanding of well-being (mind and body);
- Co-creation, it’s important to me that you are an active participant in your journey;
- Comfort, I welcome you via Skype and/or in a calm and warm space surrounded by greenery;
- The strength of one-on-one support.
My dual role as therapist and coach allows me to meet all your needs. Therapy helps you heal your past wounds through hypnotherapy and psycho-energy work (EFT, TAT, HAT, logosynthesis…), while coaching helps you build your projects (NLP) and improve your communication (NVC).
