Presentation

There are silent pains that few spaces know how to welcome.
Scars of Light
My name is Annetta Isabelle.
Scars of Light was born from bereavements that I myself have gone through.
I have experienced what is called traditional grief, after illness, and traumatic grief, linked to sudden deaths and suicide.
These losses leave people absent.
Absences that continue to live within us, in the lack, the memories, the silences.
We never forget the people who are absent.
They change places, but never the bond.
Here, I support those who are experiencing the loss of a loved one, without pressure to get better, without comparing pains, without any obligation to forget.
It is not about erasing, but about learning to live differently, while leaving a place for the absent person.
If you wish, I can be there to support you, and to make room for the person whose absence you are feeling.
Here, absence has its place.
And love can continue in a different way.
Bereavement – specific situations
I provide support to people facing the loss of a loved one through death, especially when it occurs suddenly, violently, following a suicide, or involves the death of a child. These events leave a deep, lasting imprint that stays with a person throughout their life.
At first, it is often a matter of surviving as best as possible in the face of the collapse caused by the loss. The pain does not disappear; it evolves, transforms, but remains present in different forms, influencing one’s relationship with oneself, with others, and with the meaning of existence.
At the heart of my support lies the process of the scar of light, a process that is still little known. It refers to the path through which a wound linked to loss, without ever being erased or minimized, can gradually move from overwhelming suffering to a trace integrated into one’s life story. This process is not intended to explain the unacceptable or to lessen the violence of the event, but to allow an inner transformation that respects what has been experienced.
The scar remains, because the loss will always be present. Through this process, however, it can become a stable inner landmark, bearing memory and connection, making it possible to live again one day, differently, without denying the absence or the love.
