Presentation
I am a psychotherapist trained in person-centred therapy, in psychoeducation and holder of a Bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology (Institut Libre Marie Haps).
My therapeutic approach is intended for adults as well as children and adolescents. It is based on purely clinical aspects but also on the use of psycho-educational tools such as games, drawing, body expression, language, etc. The tools offered make it possible to address and work on the following themes: self-esteem, emotional regulation, personal fulfilment and the prevention of bullying and school dropout.
I specialise in supporting children (from 4 years old) and adolescents who are faced with issues/difficulties such as:
- Phobic disorders
- Learning disorders
- Depression.
- Anxiety disorders.
- Bereavement.
- Any relational, emotional, psychological, or physical difficulties.
- …
And this in a space where listening, empathy, unconditional positive regard, and kindness are the norm. My work as a therapist consists of listening to you and supporting you in a personal journey during which you will learn to know yourself better and to find your own solutions within yourself.
Making the decision to go and see a therapist can turn out to be a difficult step to take. This is why I place great importance on the therapeutic relationship and on respecting the code of ethics. All of this takes place within a framework in which you will feel completely free to express yourself and to confide in complete peace of mind.
