Marietta Aslakhanova
Gestalt therapist & Supervisor

I support individuals as well as couples. Trained at the Belgian Institute of Gestalt Therapy and a member of the Belgian Gestalt Society, I take an existential and humanistic approach.

My training and research path is continuously enriched through psychopathology, supervision and internal phenomenology.

Nearly 700 hours of personal therapy have allowed me to inhabit this profession from the inside: learning to meet, to listen, to adjust my presence. This journey nourishes my practice with a deep trust in what is alive, even when it appears fragile. I strive to offer a simple and warm space, where words, silence and presence each find their rightful place.

I welcome people in French and Russian, in an atmosphere of presence, respect, and kindness.

Situations supported:

Loss of meaning, loneliness, life transitions, existential crises, grief, dissatisfaction despite success, shame, guilt, overwork, inner or relational conflicts, the search for balance, shyness and loss of confidence, life transitions, conflict and separation, loneliness, burnout, difficulties with integration (cultural, social, professional), and everything else that seeks to regain form and meaning in presence.

How a session works:

During a session, you tell me about your concerns and your wishes. Our exchanges will be strictly confidential, without judgment, and with kindness.

Supervision:

I support psychotherapy practitioners and people working in the social field or in helping relationships. These sessions offer a space for distance, presence and reflection to revisit one’s practice, explore clinical situations and refine one’s professional stance.

My approach, inspired by the Neuro-Gestalt Institute, connects the relational, bodily, emotional and reflective dimensions within a humanistic and experiential perspective.

Supervision supports the development of practical know-how, personal presence and embodied practice—living and conscious—at the service of the quality of the helping relationship.

I pay particular attention to presence, to the quality of contact and to the living movement of the process, so that each professional can deepen their practice in fidelity to themselves and to their framework.

The sessions take place in person or online, depending on each person's needs and location.
