Marilia Dantas

I hold a degree in Psychology from PUC-RJ (1990), a Master’s degree in Social Psychology from UGF (1993), and a PhD in Social Psychology from UERJ (2007), with a CAPES/PDEE scholarship held at Université René Descartes Paris 5 Sorbonne (2005).

I have worked as coordinator of postgraduate courses in Business Psychology at the Catholic University of Petrópolis (UCP) and as a professor in various postgraduate programs: UERJ, Cândido Mendes University (UCAM), UCP, and Arthur Sá Earp College (FASE). I have also been an undergraduate professor at Estácio de Sá University (UNESA), Maria Thereza Integrated Colleges (FAMATh), Nelson Sá Earp College (FASE), UERJ, and the Catholic University of Petrópolis (UCP), as well as in several undergraduate courses.

I was an internship supervisor in Organizational Psychology I and II at Maria Thereza Integrated Colleges (FAMATh) and at the Catholic University of Petrópolis (UCP).

I have supervised undergraduate and graduate theses. I have participated in master’s, specialization, and degree programs. Books, articles, and works published.

I have more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources management consulting in various national and multinational companies.

I have had a private practice since 1990: Individual Psychotherapy, Individual Coaching, Team and Corporate Coaching, Career and Professional Guidance.
