Nathalie Ducenne – Therapist in psycho-emotional support
I support people experiencing emotional overload, significant stress, inner fatigue, loss of bearings, or periods of life transition. My work aims to soothe, regulate, and rebalance the emotional and inner state, in order to help restore clarity, stability, and energy.
I welcome in particular people who are experiencing:
- Stress, diffuse anxiety, emotional tension;
- Emotional exhaustion, “too much,” hypersensitivity;
- Loss of meaning, identity questioning, periods of change;
- Emotional impacts linked to situations of harassment, relationship difficulties, personal crises;
- Possible complementary support in the postpartum period or in certain situations of emotional fragility.
My approach is gentle, respectful, and personalized. It combines therapeutic listening, psycho-emotional regulation, and practices of inner rebalancing aimed at supporting stability, personal coherence, and the ability to recentre yourself.
Self-knowledge tools can, when relevant, support this work (for example Human Design or symbolic numerology). They do not constitute a medical approach or a diagnosis, but aids for understanding and inner clarification in the service of greater well-being.
I offer complementary support, non-medical and non-psychotherapeutic, provided within an ethical, confidential, and deeply human framework.
