Passionate about human beings, I have wanted to understand and analyze them since my earliest childhood. After having worked in education and HR, doing a job that no longer matched my values and no longer made sense to me, I reconnected with my passion.
I am a certified therapist, trained in brief therapies from the humanistic movement as well as in energy psychology, an approach that combines work on emotions, the body and the brain and allows great efficiency and speed in treating issues.
The tools I use enable desensitization and rapid reprocessing of information while respecting your pace. In addition, these tools will be taught to you, which will allow you to work at home.
These techniques are effective in supporting burnout, managing stress and anxiety, private or professional relationship difficulties, lack of self-confidence, breakups, bereavement, managing traumatic experiences, physical or verbal abuse, depressive symptoms, phobias and addictions.
I myself have gone through a burnout and know all the warning signs, having experienced them. I have overcome various challenges in my life and this was made possible thanks to my personal development journey.
