Presentation
With a degree in Family, Couple and Sexuality Sciences and clinical training in sexology at UCL, I am fully aware that taking steps to consult a sexologist is often difficult. Patients sometimes wait for years before seeking help.
Disorders related to sexuality belong to the realm of the intimate, the hidden, experienced in solitude. They cause deep pain in many people. Your sexologist is trained to deal with these difficulties.
The vast majority of sexual disorders can be resolved clinically through sexology.
The most common reasons encountered during my consultations are a decrease in desire (sexual desire inhibition), sexual breakdowns (erectile dysfunction), ejaculations that are too rapid (premature ejaculation), difficulties experiencing sexuality as a couple (couples therapy), overwhelming and disabling anxiety, pain during intercourse (dyspareunia, vaginismus,…), and a painful feeling of incomprehension regarding what relates to one’s sexuality…
You will find effective therapies during consultation that will allow you to significantly improve your sexual health.
