Trained in dynamic sophrology, I am a certified sophrology practitioner with the Dynamic Sophrology Network (formerly the European Sophrology Association). I discovered certain sophrology techniques in mental preparation, when I was a competitive athlete, then in yoga and Qi Gong.
After 20 years devoted to European law, studying sophrology allowed me to bring together, in a coherent method, scattered knowledge to fulfill an old dream: to help and support people toward greater well-being.

What is sophrology?
