Psycho-emotional therapist
As a psycho-emotional therapist, I practice a holistic therapy that invites you to meet yourself. My approach leads to connecting reality and imagination, to changing the way we look at the situations we experience. Every event is, in itself, neutral, but it is the point of view I choose to adopt that gives it meaning. This perspective reveals the way I position myself in relation to life.
What is good? What is evil? Do they really exist, or are they only the reflection of my own perception? And if it were all just a question of perspective, then am I really a good or a bad person, or simply a human being in the process of experimenting?
Why am I stuck in a repetition of similar events that end up becoming a truth, my truth?
“From the valley, I can see only one side of the mountain. So sometimes you have to gain height to discover the other slope, the one my gaze has not yet taken in.”
Meeting oneself also means asking: who am I really? Why do I not allow myself to be fully myself? Our beliefs, assumptions, fears, and doubts often limit our true expression. Learning to know oneself means regaining the ability to act no longer according to our fears, but in harmony with who we are at our core.
It is by daring to be yourself, without mask and without condition, that you discover your uniqueness. For it is by simply being yourself that you become exceptional.
