Hello,

My name is Assunta, I am an energy therapist and EFT practitioner (Emotional Freedom Techniques/Techniques for Emotional Release) since 2024 in Saint-Georges sur Meuse.

I am also married and the mother of 2 boys.

Always passionate about personal development, psychology and the human unconscious, I initially trained in energetic and vibrational coaching for personal needs, and then as an EFT practitioner. I wanted to learn different techniques that could help me understand the link between emotions and the mind.

This has deeply helped me to understand myself, improve my emotional well-being, and understand how emotions affect our being, our relationships, and our whole life. Indeed, even though we often tend to repress and stifle our emotions, they do not disappear; quite the contrary ! They settle more and more firmly within us and can, over time, have a harmful effect not only on our emotional well-being, but also on our physical health through pain, discomfort, and illness.

My goal is to help you free yourself from these emotional burdens that prevent you from living a harmonious and happy life.

My support aims to guide you in releasing blocked emotions and to make you autonomous in managing your emotions.
