Presentation
I offer psycho-corporal support to move toward greater balance and harmony.
In a safe, caring and supportive setting, a first stage is devoted to a verbal interview with a humanistic orientation, allowing for connection, listening and the identification of a theme or a need.
This active listening increases self-awareness and is supported by various techniques such as Jagaana conscious breathing, reiki and other psycho-corporal tools. This approach helps to release physical and psychological tensions, manage stress and anxiety, regulate emotions, reconnect with one’s deep self and inner power, heal old wounds, regain vitality and experience a state of fulfillment.
The quality of the connection that is created during verbal sessions allows the person to fully engage in the psycho-corporal work offered and facilitates the integration of the discoveries about oneself made during the session. This approach brings more awareness and lightness into daily life.
My therapeutic approach respects each person’s own pace in their development process.
My training, my life experience and my knowledge lead me to support people in their discovery of themselves.
My approach is also aimed at adolescents, young people transitioning into adulthood, new and future parents, and adults who are questioning, searching for meaning, in transition… At anyone wishing for more joy in their daily life.
Parental or professional burnout, questions about who we are, searching for meaning in one’s life, managing emotions, loss of vitality, being a parent of a neurodivergent child, birth traumas, complicated deliveries, difficulties with parenting, conflicts with one’s parents, dealing with difficult choices, balancing one’s masculine and feminine polarities… are themes I work with and for which body-oriented psychotherapy is particularly well suited.
I am passionate about life, sparkling, grounded and authentic.
I began my professional life as a scenographer. In parallel with my work as a set designer in cinema and in search of meaning, I set out to discover myself.
The workshops, trainings, treatments, rituals, seminars, people I have met, and personal experience have enriched me and brought congruence, awareness and empathy into my life. This allows me, today, to be more free, assertive and loving.
Authenticity, congruence, openness, creativity, listening, empathy and simplicity are the qualities that inhabit me and guide my life.
Staying in motion is essential, it is being alive!
