Presentation
I am a therapist and mediator, deeply interested in understanding human relationships and what unfolds within them, sometimes visibly, sometimes more subtly. It is the bonds, interactions, and life stories that inspire me, as well as the way each person can regain momentum and meaning in the face of difficulties encountered.
My journey has been built at the crossroads of psychology, labor sciences, pedagogy, and numerous continuing education programs. Mediation, the systemic approach, and empowerment now serve as essential guiding principles in my practice and inform the way I support people, with care and respect.
On a therapeutic level, I prioritize brief therapy and the systemic approach. I see sessions as spaces for exploring oneself, relationships, and life contexts. They are times to step back, put things into words, better understand what is being replayed in relationships, and identify what can evolve. The framework I offer is intended to be safe, caring, and non-judgmental, so that everyone can open up freely, at their own pace.
I have also specialized in gender-related issues and have developed a practice attentive to LGBTQIA+ people. I place particular importance on respecting identities, life paths, and family and parenting arrangements. Support takes into account each person’s unique relational and social realities, in an inclusive and context-sensitive approach.
My approach is based on attentive listening, honest communication, and committed presence. I see therapeutic support as a collaborative journey, in which the person remains an active participant in their own process. Together, we seek to foster greater understanding, relief, and movement, in the service of lasting well-being.
