Through my sessions, you will discover the wonderful tool that is sophrology through various techniques of breathing, visualization, and positive affirmations. My method also combines heart coherence, alternate therapeutic breathing, and mindfulness meditation. Learn how to soothe your mind and regain your calm.
Sophrology support is first and foremost a meeting, based on kindness and respect. I will guide you toward greater well-being and a balance between body and mind.
My sessions are intended for children and teenagers as well as adults who are looking for methods for stress management, pain management, birth preparation, preparation for a stress-inducing event, hypersensitivity, post-traumatic stress disorder, high potential, attention deficit disorder with or without hyperactivity, anxiety disorder, burnout prevention, and self-development.
Who am I?
My name is Chantal Dehaye and I have been a graduate of the Ecole Belge de Sophrologie Fondamentale et de Relaxation since December 2023. I offer you a support method that will give you the tools to live a more peaceful life and to fully fulfill yourself! After studying business and financial sciences and nearly 20 years as a public and press relations consultant in the luxury sector, my path was abruptly diverted. What could have been a simple road accident turned into an uphill battle to try to get my old life back. I was stubbornly determined to regain my job and everything that defined my life at that time, while my body was clearly in a state of post-traumatic stress. But what do you do when the body no longer wants to? What do you do when, all of a sudden, things do not go as planned?
After consulting many specialists, I was lucky enough to meet an exceptional psychiatrist who put me on the path to meditation. The change was striking; my life seemed to make sense again. Little by little, I was less in survival mode and back in living mode. As a result, I became interested in other stress-management practices, and more particularly in breathing and its unsuspected power. That is how I enrolled in a two-year training program at the Belgian School of Fundamental Sophrology and Relaxation. What I found there far exceeded my expectations. With time and practice, I gradually gained serenity and found in these alternative therapies what would heal me. I was thus able to definitively turn the page on my former life and realign with my aspirations, at peace with who I am now. Sophrology offers me a new life, and I am eager to share my experience with you.
