Gestalt therapist in training
A meeting with oneself, with others, and with life as it presents itself.
My name is Elisabeth Lada
My path first took root in literature and philosophy. I studied at the Faculty of Philosophy of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece), in the Department of French Language and Literature. I then pursued a research master’s degree in literary and theatrical theories, where I deepened my understanding of existential thought, phenomenology, and the anthropological structures of the imagination.
Driven by the desire to understand more deeply human nature and the dynamics of relationships, I pursued a master’s degree in psychology in England, which allowed me to connect my philosophical foundations with a clinical and experiential approach to the person. In this continuity, I chose to specialize in Gestalt therapy (currently in the 4th and final year of my training at the Dutch Institute of Gestalt Therapy), an approach that brings together awareness, movement and presence in the here and now.
All these trainings have offered me a solid foundation for supporting individuals in their uniqueness.
At the heart of my practice, I place great importance on dialogue — not only between two people, but also between the “I” and the situation one is living through. This living dialogue is for me a space of creation and discovery, where one can reconnect with oneself with authenticity and openness.
I support adults in search of meaning, grappling with suffering or loss, with depression, anxiety, chronic pain or bereavement — people who wish to rediscover an inner movement where everything seems frozen.
My intention is to guide you in broadening your perspective, reconnecting with your inner strength, and making your choices with greater freedom and presence.
I work in French, English and Greek, and I offer my sessions online, in a listening environment that is caring, respectful and deeply human.
