My profile :
After being trained in France and Germany, and having created the Institut Systémique, it was essential for me more than 15 years ago to enrich my range of consulting activities with individual therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, hypnosis, systemic counseling, and executive coaching.
This has enabled me to put into practice my holistic vision of human functioning.
My approach :
Rather than giving advice, I help the people who consult me to find within themselves the resources to move forward in their Lives, and to move toward ever greater autonomy and clarity.
It has always been important to me to consider the person as a whole. That is why I always view the person I am speaking with in light of their history, their context, and their structure.
It is essential for me to emphasize solutions and, to do so, to highlight skills in order to showcase the resources of my clients and patients.
