Odile Glautier

My name is Odile, and I have long been driven by a deep conviction: everyone deserves to be listened to, understood, and supported with kindness. My path toward therapeutic support began well before my training, when I observed how human relationships, sometimes fragile, can also become sources of strength and transformation.

Very early on, I became involved in various contexts: helping young people, supporting families in crisis, assisting people in mourning or going through separation. Today, I am continuing my specialization in perinatal psychopathology in order to offer families support adapted to the challenges they face from the conception of a child through early childhood.

Each encounter has taught me the importance of attentive listening and a safe space in which to lay down one’s emotions. These experiences have convinced me that support is not a technique, but a true art of presence.

It is with this conviction that I created Ancreatelis, a place to anchor oneself and reconnect with one’s own resources. Here, storms find calm and questionings become springboards toward a better understanding of oneself and others. My approach combines active listening, non-violent communication, relaxation and creativity to offer bespoke support that respects each person’s own pace.

Today, I support individuals, couples and families through their transitions, with the conviction that it is always possible to regain balance and serenity. My wish is to see you leave more confident, at peace, and connected to yourself and your loved ones.
