Presentation
“I think about what I do, I try to understand and yet… I feel like I’m going in circles, repeating the same mistakes. In my life, nothing really changes. I’m tired.”
This is a sentence I often hear during the first sessions.
Do you feel like “something is eluding you”, despite your efforts?
You may already have tried to understand, to change, to do things differently… but certain difficulties keep coming back:
- Complicated or repetitive relationships;
- Anxiety, a vague sense of unease;
- Loss of bearings or meaning;
- Blockages you can’t seem to overcome.
And the more you try to “manage” it, the more it seems to come back… in another form.
What if the issue wasn’t to “solve” it, but rather to “understand” it?
Rather than trying to make the symptoms disappear, I suggest exploring what they express.
Because, in many situations:
- What is blocked has a function;
- What causes suffering has something to say;
- What repeats itself is seeking to be heard differently.
Concretely, how does the support work?
In sessions, we start from your reality:
- What you are experiencing today;
- The situations that are causing you difficulties;
- Your reactions, emotions, sensations.
From there, we work to:
- Identify the patterns that repeat themselves;
- Make sense of what you are going through;
- Gradually open up other ways of being and acting so that you feel more aligned with yourself.
My approach?
My work is particularly influenced by the psychology of Carl Gustav Jung, for whom difficulties are part of a process of transformation.
Here, symptoms are not seen as errors to be corrected, but as elements that carry meaning.
First appointment
The first consultation is a time to take stock, clarify your situation, and see whether this work may suit you.
If, while reading these lines, you feel that “this speaks to you,” it may be precisely there that something can begin to shift.
