After a master's degree in sociology, I turned to systemic therapy and sex therapy. I welcome individuals and couples who are going through relational, emotional and/or sexual difficulties.

Whether you are facing difficulties in your relationships, questions about your emotional or sexual life, a loss of direction, or challenges related to parenting, I offer you a space for listening, reflection and support.

My therapeutic approach integrates psychological dimensions (attachment, self-esteem, anxiety, discouragement, relational patterns, etc.) as well as bodily dimensions linked to sexuality (relationship to the body, to intimacy, questioning, etc.). It aims to help you better understand your relational and emotional dynamics, to make sense of what you are going through, and to regain greater serenity.

In a safe and confidential setting, we will explore together your resources, your needs and your boundaries, so that you can develop more fulfilling relationships with yourself and with others.

My professional experience in a family planning center and at a supervised visitation center has deeply enriched my practice. It has taught me to welcome varied and sometimes complex experiences, with respect for each person’s story, pace and uniqueness, within a neutral, confidential and non-judgmental framework.
