Presentation
Do you sometimes feel like you’re drowning in your daily life, doing everything you can to please everyone — parents, partner, children, colleagues — while forgetting to listen to yourself? Maybe you feel that tension rising, that fear of exploding over a “silly thing” because communication in your home has become a minefield? I am Virginie Marchal, I help you transform this distress into a new balance.
With twenty years of experience in the field of social work and disability, my career as a special needs educator, my Master’s degree in social sciences and my training as a systemic therapist have forged a conviction in me: every individual, whatever their body — wounded, elderly, ill or disabled — deserves dignified and respectful support. My practice is aimed particularly at families in conflict, couples and parents facing complex challenges (various disorders, disability situations, life ruptures, bereavement, etc.).
Why choose the Déclic approach?
- A systemic vision: I am not looking for someone to blame. I look at your family system as a whole. If just one element changes the way they respond, the entire balance is transformed;
- Expertise and horizontality: Trained in brief therapies, narrative therapies and conflict management, I see you as the expert of your own life. My role is to develop your capacity to take action;
- A concrete care commitment: Here, we take our time. Far from any injunctions to “perform,” we make room for slowness, play and enjoyment. My support does not stop at the office door: I offer you concrete tools, reflections and “homework” to anchor change in your logistical reality.
Whether in the office or by videoconference to simplify your schedule, I offer you a safe space to address sensitive topics without fear of being judged. Together, let’s work on restoring a shared vision of your family, easing your fears and, finally, triggering that shift that will allow you to regain control.
